240z 5 lugs disks

hi all , i have 240z 1973 , the plan is to swap the engine to LS1 , change the 4 corners brake to 5 lugs ( 13 inch rotors ) and have 17 wheels ( American racing ).

 

i prefer to use for the brake conversion Nissan parts , like Z31 Or Z32 disks , is that possible and easy way ? and can i use American racing wheels in Japanese parts ?
