Wow your ignorant. Anyways I just dont see why no muffler is to loud and a 4'' exhaust which is still illegal isnt.

Its not that bad. I had a 3inch exhaust all the way back with only one res. But its still not a law to have a muffler. If this guy is looking for a 4'' exhaust Im sure its already loud.

Wrong..... A turbocharged car does not need a muffler. It is a muffling device. I owned an SRT4 which doesnt have a muffler stock. Therefore that is already a proven wrong statement. So why do people get mufflers?

Why do you guys even get mufflers? Is it the sound? I don't get it.

Yes it can and has been done many times. Were you got that "most of the supra guys now are going with stock 6spds" I have no idea. They still will take a auto over a manual for drag racing. The auto 350's can handle more power and are more consistant.

Isnt that what hes going for? He obviously wants to make lots of power if the RB25 tranny isnt good enough for him.

I think you fail to see that Supras that make loads of power get automatics so they can switch it out with a 350 turbo tranny instead of the 6spd.

Is that good? My SRT has 315HP to the wheels does 2.0(if good) and 12.8@115 I see that the 60' kinda sucks but that seems slow. Are those good times?

In the SRT world the GT3076R was great and the 60-1 spool was a bit on the slow side. I always hated the 60-1 cause it would make great power but would still get beat by even 50trims. But like you said this is at 25-28psi

Thank you so much that answers pretty much everything. For teh record its a RB25DET. Right now I have a SRT4 and its in the process of being parted out so by the end of this week i should be able to afford to buy all that stuff and what ever else I need to get this project moving.

I plan on doing most of it myself. Thats the fun part right? Plus my dads a mechanic and owns his own shop so thats not really a problem. Im mainly worried about the custom stuff and the wiring looks scary. Where do i find a place that can make a custom DS and MM's? The oil pan is that from the 200rs or whatever its called. Where would i have to go to find that. Yes I have a lot of research to do LOL.

Im sure this has been discussed and i searched and read a little bit but couldnt get a straight answer. I bought a 280Z for $2000 and a RB25/tranny/ecu/wiring harness/etc. for $1300. So my total right now is at $3300. How much will I have to spend to get the engine in the car and running? I know i need custom MM and driveshaft but do i have to get a new rearend? What else is neccesary to get the car driving and how much more am I looking at including the labor. Sorry again if this topic has been over killed.
