TONS of work done already. Has 2.8L engine from a ’78 280z, a 5-speed transmission from a ’81 280zx and matching R200 3.91 open differential. Has new KYB strut inserts, Nissan strut mounts, and new Moog springs at all 4 corners. New Energy Suspension poly bushings F&R, ball joints, tie-rods, calipers, brake pads, and new rack boots in the front. In the rear, the half shafts have been fully rebuilt, re-sealed diff, Ron Tyler R/T diff mount, new rear bearings, rebuilt parking brake cable, new rear brake cylinders, and new spindle pins. The car has braided SS lines at all four corners as well as the clutch flex line along with a new clutch slave and master. The engine has rebuilt SU style carbs, new oil pan and valve cover gasket, MSA 6 in to 1 ceramic coated header, adjustable fuel press. regulator, new MSD coil, NGK plugs and plug wires, cap, and rotor. The distributor is from a 280zx and features electronic ignition (no points). It has the radiator and cooling fan setup from the 280zx along with an auxiliary electric cooling fan. The fuel tank was professionally cleaned and repaired and then coated in Por-15 on the outside. The inside was in excellent condition with no rust or corrosion. All of the tank vent lines have been replaced along with a new fuel pump, sending unit, and flex fuel lines. The seats were recovered and new foam installed so they look and feel like brand new. All of the lights, switches, and gauges work except for the clock. Floors replaced by a Datsun specialist and currently undergoing complete paint stripping, body repairs and paint. The first pic is what the car will lok like. I'll have close to $20k invested and looking to sell to start on a 1970 240z.
