This is Modern Motorsports Coilovers, Billet stub axle, Billet Companion flange, CV's, 3.70 LSD, Ross's Control Arms, and Arizona Z billet stuff.

 

240SX brakes were added later. Also 350Z wheels and 245/45/18 tires on the rear.
