So i changed the Points today, and now she's a no start..... ooops? Can some one send me a picture of there distributor with the cap and rotor off please???? I have the SAME problem, Im about to order new carbs... Im sick of it dying out.

hmm, i have an electric pump on it now... but yeah im gonna make a heat shield, it sounds like a safe idea.. You never know, a fuel like could "fall off" and pour gas onto the hot headder... haha don't want that.

I have stock "SU's" but the car does have a Headder... so i'm gonna guess it gets hot enuff.. Yeah i was thinking i would just bend something up to work.. Thanks again.!

Hey guys, I'm not to sure what its called, But im looking for that shield that sits under the carbs, I think its a Heat shield or something.. Does anyone know where i can find one? Thanks a lot!

Yeah that year was Forsure a 4speed trans... I've hear that you could get a 5speed from factory but that was after 74.

Hey, Yeah im not looking to make a lot of power just trying to move away from carbs, Im 26 and I and not a "carb person" haha, I was thinking RB20 because ive read they are easy to drop in, I do how ever like the power of the RB25... Thanks for the input guys..! L28 and carbs they hate me.
