If you still need one, i have one. How about $50+ shipping? I can do USPS priority and that'll be $10. (3-7 days)

Can anyone say RICE!!!! LMAO. Ditch the hatch and the change the rear shield shaped tail-lights, and the car would look awesome.
I was contemplating a similar design to the flush rear tail-light panel but utilizing the stock tail-lights that bulge out. This white Z is making me think that it might actually turn out nice.

Nice work. How long did it take you to make?
Just wondering, since the ebay ones you mentioned cost about $40 bucks total for a generic filter and come with the 90 degree aluminum pipe, silicone coupler, and aluminum mounting bar. I bought one a long time ago and it's still in the garage...
If it takes over an hour to make, i think i got a deal on the ebay one.

If you look under item location in the ebay auctions, it says he is located in joppa, Maryland.
Before he didn't allow warehouse pick-ups, but now he does. Sorry for the confusion, i meant if you were local to him, you can save on shipping cost. But for us in the bay area, we're screwed.

I posted up the same question you had, but got no responses. I tried e-mailing people who bought datsun parts off of him, but got no response either.
He's willing to sell the BRE spoiler at $207 or $217 on the best offer. That's what he qouted me on it anyhow. He also does local pick-up now, so you can save on the ridiculous shipping charges that he qoutes.

Those look AWESOME!!! Now i'm going to have to copy you.

Looking for a passenger fender-must be in good shape
Oil pressure switch
Rear bumper- metal backing only
plastic grill facia that fastens underneath the front bumper
Automatic shifter assembly
windshield Rt pillar chrome trim
I have an oil pressure sensor that goes on the block if that's what you need. $10 bucks plus shipping and it's yours.

i sold a front bumper near mint for $150 bucks yesterday. Just look up craigslist, zcar.com. plenty out there.
I have a rear, chrome isn't perfect, and it use to have an over rider bar that i removed. Right corner piece was replaced and did not have an over rider bar. Let me know if you're interested. Same price as the front one, or i would also consider trades. I have it posted on zcar dot com if you want pics.

Here's the clock, it's finished, but the wiring still needs to be figured out. I used the original lense, and just did some practice drilling to figure out where i needed to make the holes on the new lense i made.

Prices range from $800-1600 here depending on the size of the car in san jose to get the entire car sand blasted. And it includes the car being primed after.

No one. That wasn't the point. The original post in this thread was taking about buying a set of these. No mention of NOS or reproduction. 280Zforce mentioned that he had a set of NOS for $175 and 280Z - 75 said he had seen them for $19 a set. then he showed a link to an ebay auction for only one side for $49, then it was metioned that the NOS sets brought way more money. He never mentioned that he was willing to accept reproductions so I was merely pointing it out. A guy in Europe or Australia may want an NOS set and be willing to pay for them. I was also pointing out that IMO that was alot of money for a reproduction set. Especially when he only wanted to pay $19 for a set earlier on.
Funny thing about NOS parts, they hold their value. Not so for the reproductions.
Actually, I never said i only wanted to pay $19 for a set....I said i've seen them go for "$19 for each" up to $99 for a "set" recently( did i mention they were OEM? And the seller had a few sets?).....but whatever it takes to make your point right i guess....
It's just funny that some were saying i should have only dreamed of getting lenses for my asking price.....
"not as low in price as you think either."
"$19 each?! maybe broken in pieces or mistaken them for something else." "i didn't know repros were acceptable for you."
LOL.
There should be a current market price list thread....
-
Thats great if you don't mind a reproduction. Price seems high for a reproduction. It is just plastic.
Considering TIR use to sell reproductions for wat was it? like...159? $93 is cheap! And the other member asking $175 plus shipping for OEM? I can buy two sets of these, and if one breaks or yellows i'd have another to replace it with....
Why pay more for NOS? It's just plastic....lol. If i wanted OEM, then why am i changing 280z signals to 240z signal lenses, which isn't OEM at all....really...it's just all for the look my man.

Total comes out to AU $170 = US $110!!!! whoop whoop. This guy seems to have an unlimited supply.

Wanted! Any exhaust set ups for a 240z. I have 1972 with homemade redneck straight pipes they look terrible and sound worse. Can either be complete with or without header.
thanks!
Marcus
I got a stock 280z exhaust from a 1975. Don't know how much it is to ship something this large, but I'm only going to ask $25 for it.
Attached is a pic...i'm using the clamps for my own exhaust right now...

240z!!! .....YOU = DA BOMB!!!! Thanks man, i knew there had to be some out there.
-
That's cool. I'm in no rush to get them. I have some clean yellow ones currently.
And i've seen a seller on ebay sell a few sets for "buy it nows" of $100. I'll hold off until i find a set. And if not, too bad for me.
-
I guess this seller on ebay uses A LOT of glue to make that one look brand-new. He sells them on ebay all the time too... use to be $19. Ill pass on yours though. But thanks for offering.
-
send me pics and a price plz. I've seen them sell from $19 each to -$99 for a set brandnew.

Gas tank issue with internal coating
in Fuel Delivery
Posted
That company mentioned above (gastankrenu) will do an entire gas tank for ~$325-350. Well, that's what they quoted me on the phone, company was in STockton, CA. They've worked on Datsun gas tanks, and even will weld on larger outlets for fuel injection if you wanted to do that.
I think with that price, you can probably get a fuel cell that will fit in the stock location. Or if you want OEM, they'd probably be the way to go.
