I am at school right now, so I am working off my memory, unscrew the EFI relay and bridge HOT wire(blue i think) with the wire going to the fuel pump(one of the green ones)-like when veiwing the connector the blue should be on the left and the green should be the bottom middle, i think there is a total of 3-4 green and 1 blue, anyway bridge them with a paperclip. Right now that is what i have to do to get power to my fuel pump. Not sure exactly why it not getting power(since it gets grounded in ECU) on its own but with Key-on the pump initally primes..but when started it loses all its power, but bridging it it retains its power. Works for me...
