About Me
I recently got my hands on a 1973 240z that was on its way to being a track car.
The car is mostly gutted, with a LM7 5.3 carbed conversion attached to a TH 350 3 speed transmission and a r200 diff. It is currently hemorrhaging fluids like a water balloon in a tub of porcupines, but I am getting it squared away 1 weekend at a time.
My To Do List:
rebuild 4 barrel carb - done
fix oil leak from pressure sensor- in process
fix transmission leak from pan
fix rear brake leak
Rewire the car through a fuse block (!)
Fix blinkers
My Pay Someone To Do list:
Get custom hood to clear the alternator and carb air cleaner
Get an exhaust installed
Eventually I want to move from the automatic to a standard 6 speed T56. The goal is a fun daily driver, so my focus is reliability over go-fast parts.
