Holy crap! I should get into the business of exporting transmissions to Australia. R154's are all over the place up here. Just as an example, Team Auto Parts in Winnipeg has an R154 right now with 170k on it for $270. I should buy it, sell it to some poor guy for $1500 and make a 500% profit.

No, they're independant electrical systems. Your cruise and transmission will still work fine if you use an MS.
