  1. i'm not sure of which "pins" you're looking for, but I source electrical components from digikey or mouser. Take a pic and post them and I'll be able to help.
  2. I just finished welding in new floorpans. Made them at work from 16ga galvanneal (being an Enginerd in a high tech facility is awesome BTW). I've read that POR-15 won't stick, unless it's all scuffed up and they're galvanneal, so if I scuff them, i'm going to remove the protection from it. I was planning on using POR-15 on the seams & welds and on the old metal. Can anyone recommend a cheap coating to put on the new panels (inside and out)? I want to roll on a truck bed liner as well. Herculiner isn't available in Canada and I've read some poor reviews on the Dupli-colour bed liner. Any suggestions?
  3. skip Mcmaster. Their prices are way too high. find a metal supermarket near you. They carry or can get stainless expanded metal or perforated sheets at a lot less than you'd get from Mcmaster and you'd save on shipping too.
  4. Smell it... windows are staying open forever... thanks for the responses! i'll try the hose and the spray coat.
  5. I started working on my 78 280Z a few years ago, got divorced and it sat in the garage for 2 years... I just started working on it again and found a dead mouse and his nest inside the passenger rocker panel. I vacuumed out what I could, but there's still a ton of dirt and crap in there. Is there an easy way to get in there to clean all of it out? Any recommendations on a cleaning solution?
