I'm not looking to for something different. I am looking for the engine that has the most potential. I have been leaning towards the chevy but I just wanted to get some outside input on the matter. Thanks.

Hello all. I used to have an account here a long while ago and I think it was deleted when the site was updated or something. Anyway, as the title states I have a 1969 Olds 350 Rocket and a 1977ish (haven't looked up the numbers to verify yet) Chevy 350. I am having a hard time deciding upon which engine I should use for my 280zx. Which engine would be the better choice? I would like to pick the engine that has the highest potential for HP and torque while still being able to set the engine back as specified in the JTR manual. Is there really any performance differences between the two? Thanks for all your help.
