I just did this this weekend . i found that you had to remove the hatch from the hinges to get anought of an angel to remove the hinges from their pocket

I had megasquirt up and running on my 240 turbo, while we were adjusting fuel mixture, the battery died [forgot to hook up alt duh!!!]well when we charged battery and hooked up the alt the fuel injectors would not fire . checked setings all were still logged in and showing rpms when cranking. any thoughts ? thanks in advance jerry

Yea about thirty years ago in high school , had a 2180 duel carb vw ,lifted about four inches kinda fast, their were quite a few in my high school out here in the desert

If you have use of a welder ,weld another nut onto it .Just weld up the center of the nut. If no welder try nut with jb weld

Yes I will upgrade injectors along with intake and fuel rail once i get the engine up and running

save yourself waisted time, upgrade the injectors now before you start tuning...

I am installing megasquit 1 with pcb v 3.57 with ignition driver.
my setup is as follows;
f54
88mm forged pistons
ld28 crank
60mm tb
t3/t04e turbo
350 cc injectors
83 turbo dizzy
n42 no egr intake
5 speed
r180
3inch downpipe and exsaulst
p90 with oversized ss valves

arizonazcar is a very good company but i do not belive they make pistons so you would end up hoping they have them on their shelf

most companys do not have them on the shelf will have to order takes about 6 weeks

yea i have been going thur the same thing about mounting gauges, looked at a bunch of a pillar ,as of last nite i was looking at the heating panel as i will proably not need it here in las vegas as this is not a dd. on one of big plils video i thought i saw an a pillar on his car , anyone know were he got it

I had a problem with this ebayer too about a turbo afm. He had a lottery type auction where he lists multiply items then the winner gets to pick what they want then so on and so on.Well i won that listed the turbo afm first ,second was a turbo oil cooler and third was a turbo air cleaner assy.Over about a week i made 4 requests for invoice as shipping was not given .After 1 week i left neg feedback with ebay about no responce. He calls me a with some silly story about id theft, i ask about afm and he says it was sold .then he leaves neg feedback about non payment
