  1. The mounts are the same on both sides of the car. The L6 is designed to be mounted on a slant to clear the hood.
  2. I think every little bit counts. The mod could be done cheaply if you can get the pipe at a good price. I remember reading in an article sometime ago that conveyed- for every 4 degrees colder the intake air is, you will gain around 1kw of power. Not that good really. However if you calculate the difference between the ambient tempreture and the tempreture under the bonnet of a car, I believe you could ultimately gain 5 kw or maybe more. One has to remember that on a highly worked motor, cold air intake will almost certainly making tuning easier and ensure a more detonation resistant engine.
  3. Im positive that only half the bearing has the oil groove. Most machine shops will groove the other half of the bearing for you, if required.
  4. The second picture is definetely a stock wheel, I have those wheels on my 240z and they have nissan cast on them to. Top picture does not look like a stock wheel, never seen it before.
  5. They are an Australian company. Their website isnt very good. I use their pistons in my zed, they make a small range; from stock to flat tops in standard .20 and .40 oversize. They do not make forged pistons as far as I know. http://www.acl.com.au
  6. Try ACL mate. They should have them.
  7. The Rb25det- R33 gearbox is different to both the rb20det- r32 and Z32 gearbox. It is a strong box when treated with care like stated above. It is much stronger than the R32 box. I speak from experience. The synchros in all 3 of these boxes are the weakest link. However I believe the r33 gearbox has the strongest gearset.
  8. Are they forgies my friend?
  9. Thats awesome man. Thats a car Id love to have. Keep up the good work.
