  1. im selling it... http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=159954
  2. that is pretty neat, i am debating on using it or not. now i have 2 zx once again... and i want them to clone each other exterior wise, so i may not even get to use it. thank you for the information you have managed to dig up, it does clarify a lost history. btw nice zx knight!
  3. s30? i dunno about mine then.... it is a pefect fit, as it contours the lower valance and all. do you remember what thread this was in?
  4. wow, that's it. I guess a&a racing was just a distributor like motorsport auto is
  5. it is a A&A one off in urethane. that company does not exist anymore and shut down in the mid 90's. that car pictured started off as a parts car.... had a change of heart.... just cosmetic issues and a champ mechanical wise. all it needed was a clutch.
  6. i found a parts car with everything i need, don't need anything anymore, thanx anyhow
  7. yes i do, thats why i also need the crank handles as well
  8. dibs... pm sent for -complete interior (EVERYTHING except main dash, seats and carpet) -orange markers on front bumper and fenders -door mirrors -side chrome trim pieces between door window and quarter window. -fuel tank straps
  9. Yes the search on how to remove it would be best. I unfortunately can never get that right.
  10. Now that i think about it, that does make sense. I have had this problem before also, on my very first z. My scenario was more like cracked head and bad rings though. Also for me my car smoked white really bad as well as "coolant" blow by from the valve cover with no coolant in the oil. Talk about bad luck
  11. that is kind of a tricky question. the only way you will know the answer is if you take the trim off, and inspect along your windshield channel, on all my cars it was always worse than the bubbling appeared, but then again i get my s130's after they have had extremely abused lives. So lets say you take the trim off and the bubbling is only one area. Meaning it has not spread all along the windshield channel. If this is the case you can do a minor repair by cleaning that area with a wire brush or spot blast it, followed by treating it with a rust inhibitor like the POR products. Once you complete that you can use a body filler, sand, prime and paint (if you can match the original). With this method you should not need to pull the windshield out. But in other cases like myself, if the damage was more than meets the eye you will have to pull the windshield, trim, wipers, and plastic grill for extensive metal replacement. I hope you do not have to go that route, as I hate it every time.
  12. The cowl is spot welded in (integrates into the windshield channel, top portion of firewall, and so forth.). You can repair the rust damage correctly by removing the windshield, lower and side trim along with wipers to fully access the area. sorry i wish we had the removable cowls too.
  13. Thats what i was thinking. But also I do not understand how you collected 10 oz in that short period of time. I am thinking you need to dye test the head for cracks.
  14. Where do you have your catch can lines hooked up at??? That is extremely odd you have no excess fluid in your oil pan if your blowby is coolant. Was all of the fluid coolant with no mixture of oil?
  15. wish i could help you, when i take them off i just break em.... i later replace with universal windshield seals
