  1. The DOHC cam belt cover is fairly boxy; I have my motor lowered ~13mm; the cam belt cover is showing slight rub marks. SOHC is a tad smaller so you may be in luck. Drop a nice cam in the SOHC and tidy up the head; they actually perform pretty damn well. The problem is they are prone to cracking.
  2. lol yes... Looking to find a few that have had good results. Apart from Sydneykids say so there's no one thats done it. I guess I'm going to be the guineapig. :S fingers crossed I don't find a heap of metal shavings towards the rear of the motor in a week or so. I've recently pulled the head off to have a few things done so decided I'd give the single 1.5mm restrictor a go as I will be giving it a hammering at the local circuit.
  3. Hi ppls, Who's blocked off their head oil restrictor with their RB20DET hydraulic head? Have you had any issues? I've got a head off at the moment and be buggered if I can feel any vac through the rear oil feed; which would suggest the front and rear oil feed galleys are not connected?!? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Thanks The S13 sr20, R32 GTST and R33 GTST VLSD's run a 29spline 5 bolt short nose R200. I can't be sure for the S13's but I do know the R32 and R33 GTST's run a 12mm ring gear bolt. The GTR's (rb26) run the mechanical 30spline CLSD.
  5. A quick question. Does the LOM59 center bolt in to the r200 short hose housings without issue? Thanks all. Much appreciated.
