  1. Thanks. As far as the broken tap goes, I left it in there, and drilled a whole below it without problems. Since the head protrudes 1/2 inch where the manifolds bolt up, this gives you the clearance to drill just about any where the manifolds bolt up.
  2. Hows it going? I have the manifolds off my car, and looking down the intake valves all of them are level except cylinder #2 valve is noticeably lower then the rest. Is this a problem? I don't want to put my manifolds back on if there is a valve problem. Also I broke off a thread tap in exhaust manifold hole closest to the radiator, I can't get it out, has anyone drilled a new whole below it to amend this? Thanks
