  1. I am almost positive that the rear end was not changed. I am guessing then by what you all say that the rear end is 3.54. Are there any markings on the rear end that will let me know? EDIT: Here is a link to pictures untill I get some up here. http://www.classiczcars.com/photopost/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=11304
  2. I don't and the original owner does not know either. I guess his dad put in the cam when he was little. I would like to know, but im not in the mood to pull the cam. Thanks I will have to post some pictures soon. I have some up on Classiczcars.com. Same user name.
  3. Isn't the R200 3.9? Would that be to low?
  4. I would like to do a L28 swap or get something from Rebello racing. I need more power. I know the L28's have a lot more TQ also.
  5. I bought the car with the 5 speed transmission, so I have nothing to compare it to. I feel like the car needs a lower gear ratio. It takes a long time to get through the gears. I will be looking into doing a R200 swap, I think that is suposed to help. The car is away for the winter so I can not get exact details as far as RPM is concerned. It feels nice around town because you can just cruise without ever going to 4th. On the highway I almost forget to shift to 5th sometimes.
  6. Its only the stock L24 with 180K+ miles. Considering that they usually put out 115hp with no mods at all when new, I was happy with 134hp.
  7. It was only 134hp. I dont think I will be anywhere near the 13's.
  8. I never raced her. I was going to when I was there but ran out of time with the dyno run. Any have a guess as to what times they think I might run it the 1/4 mile? I had a MAZDASPEED Protege before that ran a 15.3s 1/4 mile. I just want to know how they compare.
  9. Im not sure what happened when I transfered it to the computer. I was not in the mood to fix it so it wil stay like that for a while.

  11. When I took her to the track, you have to pass tech. inspection. The guy did not believe my that it was the stock inline 6. I had to pop the hood just to prove it to him. That made me happy!
