how much total are you payin for this rhd z31, which it wouldnt be a z31 it would be a 200zr or a 300zr, do you know what motor comes in these, it isnt a v6...

if you are looking for more power, just take off your heads and get them ported and polished, take your intake in to to get port matched as well, I have owned 3 z31's and have never heard of off the shelf performance heads, also you get what you pay for, so your gonna have to spend some cheese to get that power you want...checkout z31performance.com great site for information for your z..

I appreciate all the responses, I will run some kind of EMS sometime down the road, just lookin to get this thing runnin first...I am just doing a shi& load of research before I do anything...I am trying to get it done right the first time..

hello I am building a z31, and am ditching the bulky z31 climate control for a more sleek Infiniti I30 Digital climate control, I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a wiring diagram on the pigtail of the I30 and from the Z31 wiring going into the back of the oem z31 climate control...The unit I got is from a 97 Infiniti I30, and my car is a 1987 300zx n/a, with analog dash...thanks in advance

no it has the analog, I am doing to full custom cluster, I want to use the stock cluster and put the autometer gauges in it, but the depth on the cluster in only like 2 1/2" so it will not work because of the speedo and tach is 3", I want to use the stock one so I can still have my turn signals and warning gauges on the bottom of the cluster, but I will figure something else out...

yeah its an 87, the car is totally stripped, I dont have the motor anymore, so I should probably send the mechanical one back and get the electric one...I appreciate your help..

hello, first post...lol...I am building a z31 from the ground up and I am just compiling parts right now, I purchased a autometer 3 3/8" mechanical phantom speedometer, and I was wondeing if the r32 gtr rb26's speedometer is ran off an cable or it is electric, because i already got the gauge and it has a probe in the back for a cable, and I need to know so I can send it back and get the electric one..thanks in advance...
