  1. False alarm, seems like those rubber pad rings are neccesary for the horn to function. It works now but I'm not sure how long those old and brittle rubber pads will last. Will try to obtain new ones somehow...
  2. Attempted to remove the whole dash and in order to do so, I had to remove my steering wheel. Battery was still connected and i got some spark from the steering wheel hub when I was putting it back. Now, I dont have power running through the horns and I have replaced the fuse for the horn. Is it possible that I could have fried something? maybe the horn relay?
  3. Thank you. Now, my number one suspect would be that there is a missing link in the circuit. Couldn't test to see if there are power runnng to the injector wires because of the rain today. Hopefully it will stop in the morning and I could have a look.
  4. Thank you guys for your input. As far as the fuel pump, it is just temporary to run fuel to the engine to get her to run. I will hook everything back as soon as I get her to run. Safety is my first concern. I just downloaded the fsm and will do my research. Also, the car didn't run for a while, could it be possible that the injectors are clogged? I will check if there are power being sent to the injectors.
  5. 1976 S30 with 1983 280zx engine. Everything is mounted but stumbled on wiring issue. Here's what is done so far: -Connected power to the ECU by running power direct from battery with an o-ring. -Bypassed fuel pump relay and have turn key power to the fuel pump. -Coil is hot, have good spark. Problem is that the fuel injectors are not firing. Any help, links, comments is greatly appreciated.
