Although I haven't installed them yet, I do have a set of early '90s New Zealand spec 2.8 liter Jaguar XJS HS8 carbs mounted on a bored out 260Z manifold. Still playing with the manual choke linkage & it will all have to wait until I complete a fresh stroker build with the diesel crank. I truly don't know how they're going to work but tuning should be simple. Burlen evidently purchased the rights to make each and every part for all SUs (http://sucarb.co.uk/?SID=r3qtcioo9ipslka8mii5j45r52&___store=su) . I'm going to use a broad band O2 sensor-air/fuel gauge to take out some of the tuning guess work. There's a ton of information out there regarding needle selections. I suspect there will be a fair amount of trial & error until I get it dialed in. By the way, they look fantastic...in a sleeper kind of way.
