nice job man...when are the videos coming?
-
blah blah....who cares if it flows better or not. They look hella cool and that's that. When I was running 452whp in my s14 did I care if my 3inch exhaust flowed better then my 4 inch or 3.5? Answer is no! I had 400 plus horsepower to the ground on a 2650lbs car...I could care less if I gained or loss some.
Anyways truth to the matter is it is always about prefrence. In this case you bring knowledge to the table and its appreciated by some of the members. But let's get back on topic and this is more or less of an update and what he has done to the car. Let's not ♥♥♥♥ in the thread anymore.
Hey by the way I will be passing by temecula tomorrow...would love to see the car

Why would you put a set of twice pipes on a turbo motor... you wont get the same sound with a turbo.
http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/PEC09/15-6030 If you look, its seems that it might fit.
He has an L28 not L28T

The audio quality on the video isn't the best.. Makes it kinda hard to hear what it actually sounds like. What are your impressions? You like the sound? Too loud? Not loud enough?? What size are the pipes? 2.5? I was thinking about picking this up or just making a set of my own with some dynomax ultraflo mufflers.
Part of your answer in first postDecided to ditch the crappy super turbo muffler for the msa twice pipes set-up. The install was somewhat easy, harderst part being cutting the exhaust cut out larger to fit both tips. As for the sound? One of the sexiest sounding exhausts Ive heard. I was worried about these being to loud from what I read but who ever is saying that must be a senior citizen, these sound perfect. I did notice quit a signifigant increase in power aswell. Ive got pics for now and Im gonna try and shoot some video soon. The only bad thing is they do hang low. I scraped the first speed bump I went over and if you go to fast over dips it will hit. -

Have you check those straps/mounts I told you about. Check the link to arizonazcar

Looks good man. I remember seeing you at the pavs when it was the color before this. I was in the red 71 240z with the sportmax rims.
-
If I want to know or find out the history on a Z, what can I do. I tried running a carfax but anything older than 81 you cannot do. Anyone know how I can go about this.

My booster went bad in my 71 240z....can I also use the 78 brake booster of a 280z? I am looking into buying one of these http://www.autozone.com/N,308555/initialAction,partTypeResultSet/initialN,14400143/shopping/vehicleSelect4.htm
I am assuming to buy the smaller one. Any modifications that I need to make.

does this count as a double post? http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=130357
I started buying stuff for my s30 but my hardest choice right now is seeing which route to go...SR or RB26. So i have been doing some research but i see people using stock manifold's or seeing some top mount but no info. So just seeing if I can get some info from both the 6 cylinder guys and 4 cylinder guys.
-
sorry for the sr20det?
-
Anyone using an aftermarket turbo manifold on their rb26's in an s30 chassis?
-
Anyone using the full-race top mount turbo manifold? Any issues with it?
-
Thanks everyone for all the info. Looking forward to replacing them.
-
To install what? I'm glad that you are searching, but why are you bringing up a post from over 4 years ago?
The urethane bushings. I went on motorsports auto and I am planning on buying the master urethane bushing kit
-
How hard is it to install them?
-
Nissan dealers have a lot of that stuff. So does www.motorsportauto.com. Dealer parts are better quality but more expensive.
cool....I just got done looking at that one and found some good parts. Thanks

Okay, I looked at the sticky that gives you the different stages of suspensions. I made up my mind and buying the coilover setup from arizonazcar, getting the camber plater, front and rear arms and steering knuckle bushings. Now, I have seen other parts to replace, but where do I buy them? Like the outer tie rods, wheel bearings and what not. I eventually goind to put an rb or sr in the car, but trying to elimanate everything else for. Next wheel be the brake kits that he offers. But I guess the main questions is, where do I get the rest of the things that I need at? Thanks everyone

From CCW.....
Thanks man. I was googling CCW classics and just got a lot of for sale threads in different websites.

where can you by ccw wheels?
