  1. Do you know if any one has ever built a set of long tube headers for a stock floor pan Z? I wanted to do it but couldnt figure out how to build them with out making them look like spaghetti. I like my headers to be same from right to left.
  2. You must be a neat freak. That engine compartment couldnt be any cleaner. Were you diagnosed with OCD. Just kidding, your car looks awesome. If you send me a wire template of what your Rad hoses need to look like i can make them for you in aluminum. call me 925-212-5542
  3. No, its a cam sensor that martin motion in Huston Texas makes. He uses a MSD inductive pickup. You also have to use a crank trigger with it. This motor uses the coil on plug setup with the fast EDIST BOX to fire the plugs. It works really well but is really expensive. Your better off just buying an LS1 motor and all this stuff is basically already done for you.
  4. Can any one identify this unit mounted to the front of the cam on this motor?
  5. I'm trying to find out hough is making LS conversations for the BMW M3'S. What Forum specializes in these cars? Does anybody know?
  6. Hard to do with out the car welded down to a table. Before you cut the the floor out you 'll need to brace the car up with some kind of temporary brace that can be removed later. You need to plumb-bob the car. This will show you where the instant center is on the car's front suspension. Put your plumb-bob's string through the zirque fitting through your front lower ball joints. Make marks on the ground with a felt pen. This will provide you a place to measure your wheel base and to square the car. Then mock up your axel housing using a set of jack stands or whatever you have. You should have a rolling car in about 40 hours. Less floor pans.
  7. Hire someone ho does it for a living. Like your Local bodyshop.
  8. Im thinking about cutting the exhaust flush with the body. I cutt the way it is now, because i thouhgt the car needed somthing a little more agressive looking then what it had before. What do you guys think?
  9. Thats a good idea! I can get one of those through high tech electronics if there still in business.
  10. Her'es some photos of darius kashabi's Z. Were curently working on the wiring and thought I'd show it off a little. Its getten close so ill keep posting it intel the end.
