Hey guys forget the above post I used the search, just don't tell Bob H
Alex, I saw a set-up w/NOS & you are right. I found out it can cost $700, forget it! I think it would be cheaper to caliberate the 40's.

Hi guys.
Ross, can the leaning problem be solved & how. Alex, it would have to be 4 foggers, one for each runners (S.U's) I would think, unless you are refering to something else? Jamie, you are definitely EXTREME .
Did anybody on this board tried this set-up, what is the result?

Hey guys,
Would this modification be efficient? I've seen it with webbers but not S.U's. Also, what is the significance of the term wet/dry in relation to the Nitrous.
-
Hey zvette,
I can e-mail it with an attachment or through mail.

Hey Zvette,
I found it in the March 86 issue of Kit Car magasine. I can send a copy of the page if you would like.

Hey Zvette,
I found it, its a nice kit. They were asking $1995. back in 86, the # advertised are (801) 399-4538 & (801) 782-5033. The company name is Diasetti Motors and the license plate # on the model car is BBM 537 (UTAH). Hope you can trace it.
Happy New Year.

Hi UncleEd.
You have a serious flex problem and untill you strengthen the body, it will always crack. Check if you have cracks at the bottom corners of the windshield under the fenders and check for body alignment such as the door window frame overlaping the rear quarter glass. Misaligned doors is an indication of body twist or whether your car is caving in.
Weak floor pans is mostly the problem.

Hi Zvette.
Check out Bodypartsunlimited, they have a kit called Z-AURA and it looks a lot like a vette kit. It might be what your looking for. A word of caution, I read from this board that their quality and fit is not that good.

Hi JZD14, To find your answer go to zcarcreations.com/howto/delcoalt.htm. There is everything you need to know for the conversion.
Sorry don't know how to link.

That is correct Maxwell. Motorsport has it too, #50-1402 or 50-1411.

Thank You Lockjaw.
The thing is, I do not have 45's mine are 40's and the max I can go is 36. Although, they might be compatible for the L26, if I raise the compression a little. Sounds like the L490 is too much cam.

Hi everybody
I have an early L26/E88 stock w/72S.U, 4speed, 6into2 21/2 exhaust & stock rear end. A few years ago I reached a top speed of 135mph and got caught by OPP (very expensive ticket). Now the car has been sitting in my garage for four years and I want put it back on the road next summer. I bought a complete L28/N47 stock w/its 5 speed & 40DCOE used, the internal are: Main 30, Aux 4.5, M/J 1.3,A/J 175, EmTube f16, PumpJets 45 & Idle 50f9. My question is what would be the best combination for a faster engine? I insist on using the Webers & can afford little machining work. In terms of brakes & susp. I know what to do although I am weak in the ign. dept. Camshaft advice would be appreciated.
Ps; How expensive is Sunbelt, any example? Thank You.
Pss; Mainly street & Highway driving.

Those flaires are the steel street flares from Victoria British. The fiberglass street flaires are also known as BRE-style & the IMSA style are similar to BRE-style w/wider ends (almost like mud flaps).

Hi Greimman. Thanks for the link. You know that ratio question bothered me since last time I posted on Zcar and I had to go back & reply to the same guy to correct my answer. Thanks for not getting offended

Thank You for clearing up my confusion guys and I am glad to be a member. I have read so many post from you guys, I feel like I know some of you . Dan, are you eventually going to paint your car? John how did you get the decimal number from 3.90? and please be obtuse .
-
Hi everybody.
This is my first time posting after browsing this site for over year and let me say, this site rules.
My first question is, can anybody confirm me that a ratio of, let say 3.90:1, means that the pinion flange or driveshaft turns 1 time for 3.9 tire revolutions or it is the other way around? The logic for me would be that you would want less driveshaft revolutions for more tire revolutions.
300ZX rotors- turbo or non-turbo?

Hi, ZThang
I beleive the difference is the amount of bolts. The non-turbo has 4 & the turbo has 5. You should try to do a search just to make sure, it's been maitioned before.
