  4. car came back from the grave LOL D:
  5. wow nice find, wish my dad had cool stuff like that
  6. problem is they are close till tuesday @_@, o the pain of waiting...if it is suppose to be like this, then i guess its ok..... edit: i snapped a pic real fast of it, u can see how wavey the parts that are suppose to touch the car is... and u can see one of the many globs of bondo on the inside...
  7. it seems they are a legit operation. for some reason i tried to install the giber glass bumpers i got from them this weekend to find it has a horrible piece. bondo to fix cracks on it. u can see the sides broke off at some point and fiber glass rosin was used to fix it, the place where it goes on the stock fender flare area are crazy uneven, and the where it touches the back is just a hack job. sadly it is a holiday and i cant contact them, anyone buy this bumper from them and it come in this condition? is it suppose to be like this? http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/7RS/50-1473 not trying to flame motor sport auto, just wondering if this is how it is suppose to be....sorry im ranty because i cant call them till Tuesday @_@
  8. lexan starts to get soft and melty with just a hair dryer...so....
  9. you have to remember the heat in the intake manifold. there is actual fire in there are certain points. lexan isnt a good idea. which "inner flanges" do you mean he milled? points that bolt to the runners?
  10. depends on the manifold, i did it with the maxima manifold ( get ride of that elbow bend) i got everything i needed to know form the pictures of some guy selling it on ebay
  11. what i always do, if you are at the point where you plan to buy a new bolt, is take a rotory tool (dremel) and put a nice line thru the middle. normally unscrew it with a flat head
