  1. well thats understandable i guess but miller is like ford and lincoln is like chevy for me and i have welded with both and i like the lincoln better but if your supporting your local economy praises to you anything someone can do to better the economy is a good man haha
  2. you should just get a lincoln you will be 100% safe with them i refuse to weld with a miller but its just like ford and chevy haha
  3. i personally wouldnt put a 307 in it they dont make that much power even built ive seen it. it might work but i personally wouldnt do it if you have the turbo 350 tranny already i would try selling the 307 because there is this place in alabama you can buy a 350 dirt cheap im talking like 800 dollars cheap fuel injected with wiring harness and computer

  5. no im not wrong and when i come out onto the road and i get on it it spins one wheel not two. it will spin two wheels when its wet or on the slick kind of pavement like iin my shop but not on a regular asphalt road when its dry it will not spin. it is lsd i know what it is i want a true positive traction rear end meaning both wheels spin at all times!!!! oh yea and lsd isnt the same as american posi my chevrolet and my ford truck both have lsd meaning both wheels wil only spin in certain conditions
  6. yea im positive it is limited slip but i want full time positive traction bc mine will only posi up when its wet or on a down hill grade
  7. i want to put power steering in my 78 280 z it still has the l28 in it all stock motor but im about to turbo it i have heard about putting a mustang pump in it but are there any other options? or anyone that makes pumps specifically for a l28? and also i have a limited slip rear end in mine now but i want full time posi rear end in it can i buy one anywhere for it because i dont want to have to weld it and rig it i am a certified welder and i know what im doing but i would rather buy a posi rear end that is already made like that any suggestions?
  8. the l28 is what is already in mine i just kind of want to have the experience in swapping out a motor. i have swapped motors before but they were all stuff that was made in the states so i know most of the basics. but with these foreign engine swaps i have discovered that they can be a bit different.
  9. is it really worth all the trouble to do it myself? i know letting my mechanic do it takes away half of the fun, but is it really worth the trouble or is it alot of trouble at all?
  10. i want to make my own motor mounts instead of using the z-31 mounts bc according to yall on here making your own mounts to set the motor back and down a bit makes for optimal handling. could someone please send me a picture so i can copy the motor mount.

  12. i have found an rb20 to buy but what all do i need to get to make it fit? will it fit? and is it hard to put in
