NVM duh, the new ECU is bad. I need to fill out an ID ten T form. =)

My 1982 280zx n/a will start, hit 1000 rpm's, but will die immediately after. Wait 30 seconds and does the same thing. Power flashes on all electronics right before it dies. Recently replaced ECU but with exact same unit. Any idea's on what could cause this? I'm at my wit's end I've put a decent amount of money in restoring this POS and cannot afford to give up on it. ( I replaced the old ECU because it was sending constant power to the injectors and flooding the engine out.) EDIT: If I slam or pump the throttle it still dies. It's like the throttle isn't giving it any gas. The fuel pump is new and I know the relay is functioning.

What does this plug into? A picture would be greatly appreciated. Comes out of the bottom of the ECU plug. Also, car is loosing power when driving and sputtering. Could this be the cause? EDIT: Sorry it is an '82 280ZX, It also dies at idle after being driven.
