Like PLATA said $500+ for a running motor seems like a good start, the downside is that it's an L26 and not an L28. They don't historically fetch as much as the larger displacement lump. Although don't tell that to some hopeful guy around here who's been advertising an L26 for over a year now--he wants $1500! He just keeps reposting the ad with no details...waaay out of the ballpark IMHO. But you never know when someone who is in a desperate search for ANY Z Car engine will come knocking. It could happen. If the tranmission seems "suspect" and if it's a four, not a five speed, then it's either for parts only or a boat anchor.
