  1. Some are the old head, most of the new setup... see attachments... I figure there will be mad downloading. I'm tired, milked-udder tired and it's time for me to go sleepy. I won't upload the closeup geek crap, these attached photos should be good enough for most people.

At the entrance, go to the right conference hall or you were in Anime Convention with a million girls dressed like Hentai, or an Ikebana Convention with withered old ladies who's faces looked like withered sweet potatoes!

    And the S-20 Version:

Tony, did they ever mention the price of the carbon fiber airhorns? I emailed them but no reply so far. Thanks

  2. You can't just buy a random one and put it on. The spline has to match. Momo makes one for the 240Z, so they probably have one for the ZX. You also have to figure out If the bolt pattern of the hub adaptor is the same as your steering wheel. If not, you need a spacer.

  3. you sure those aren't SP1's? Thanks for the pic! Now I need to find a pic of one with the SP3r's for comparison. The last thing I want to do is spend that much money one wheels and regret doing so.

    Those are Work Meister wheels.

If you are looking at SSR Professor (17 inches and up) or you can go with the SSR Professor SP1R (16 inches and zero offset for perfect fitment)

The Work wheels will cost more than the SSR, over 2K for new.

  4. Has anyone seen this one.

That's the WoodVillage S30 from Japan. There are videos of the car on youtube

Another idea is a custom front lip. APR will make a custom carbon lip if you trace it out on cardboard and send it to them.

My friend has a carbon lip on his S30 (similar to the APR) and it looks great.

  5. Hey guys, everything is from the butt dyno. Will dyno the car once I get the Mikunis on.

Down low below 2500rpm she will bog and have the laggy fee (which i think is the loss of power) Around 3500 she will start to pick up and scream. The revs are very different than what I was used to. I've had the car stock for one year and drive the same roads.

As per my emails with Kameari they state that their headers will provide a "gain of 12-15% on a stock engine, more with a good muffler and carb tuning." I should have done a base dyno but I didn't have the time. I dont doubt them, they know what they are doing although that number is a really high estimate. It's starting to get cold up here and she will be put away for the winter. Probably have to update this in spring when the mikunis are on.

Will try and post pictures on here as well as classic Z car

Note: Kameari Drag (octopus) header is 45MM connecting to Fujitsubo Legalis-R which is 50MM

  6. Update: Install is done. Everything is on the ClassicZcar forum

I went with the custom LHD Kameari drag header (octopus header) mated with a Fujitsubo Legalis-R muffler. Hit a few snags on the way but everything is mounted. The car sounds AMAZING and power to boot. It has such a deep note at idle and a smooth note while in the power band. I am a stock L24 btw. I did lose a little on the bottom end but gained huge on top end.

So here is the information I have gathered on JDM headers/mufflers.

    1. There are 2 main Greddy/Trust headers for the L24. Both are discontinued. One is for the L24 in the Skyline and one for the L24 Z. Most generic Japanese headers are made from this design. It WILL clear the LHD steering column. BTW Greddy USA has 2 S30's.

    2. The Fujitsubo SUPER-EX header will NOT clear LHD rack. This has been confirmed by a member on the classic Z car forum and my local Z car guru. Furthermore, there is a picture floating around the internet that is "claimed" to be the Fujistubo header on the LHD car. It is NOT the SUPER-EX and Fujistubo has only made one header for the L-Series and they say it is not the one in the pictures.

    3. Most JDM mufflers will fit, modification of the flanges may be required as well as modifying the hanging mounts. The Fujitsubo unit is very tight. very snug, little to no room after its bolted on.

    4. Another header that will fit is the Spirit Garage header, great quality.

    5. The Kameari header will not work with stock SU's without modification (which I had to do, until I can get my Mikuni's)

hope this helps people in the future.

  7. They are not bride seats or recaros. I believe these are the R34 copies. I think by bear?

The last import tuner had these seats in the common snapper S30. There are pictures floating around of this seat in a 432 S30 as well. Looks nice.

  8. @surfer.tech.. I looked up the exhaust.. pretty penny INDEED! WOW.. My setup only ran me like half of that.. its super authentic and nice though.. wonder how hard it would be to source the Spirit Garage one.. it was difficult to search up.

Its not hard to source. You just have to find a parts shop willing to get it here. My Fujitsubo Legalis-R (twin tipped, slashed cut) for my S30 was very hard to source. These setups will all be made to order, so the rarity itself is worth it. Not only that but the craftsmanship is unbelievable. I will also be getting a Kameari header (octopus style) for my L24. They tell me its a piece of artwork. My motto to modifying this car is save for the part you want and only buy once.
