You'll probably want to replace the turbo dished pistons with flat top pistons.
Yep, found a write-up to put flat tops in. Thanks!

Hello, I'd been looking for a block to rebuild and some P90 heads as well for the last couple of months. I found both, today, in a local junkyard for $300! I know the head's worth more than that! It's missing the turbo and exhaust manifold, but I'm not worried about that! I was planning on doing a 0.040" bore, new pistons/rings. I would like a decent cam, better than stock? I plan to get the head reworked, port and polished too. Can I use the tri Weber carb and Canon intake with an 83 block? I want to get rid of my fuel injection. Plan on headers, what do yall recommend? Any help, performance wise, that will get me 200ish HP?
Is the subframe supposed to be against the frame on an 83 ZX?

I removed my subframe yesterday, as I was going to install the modified 84-89 300zx subframe bushings, but decided not too. My subframe rubber appears to be in decent condition. I've changed everything else to urethane, so I'm not too worried about it. My question, though, I don't remember there being a gap between the top of the subframe and the bottom of the chassis? I reinstalled everything this morning, (although, it's still sittin on 4 jack stands), there's a small gap between it and the chassis??? Assuming, when I get new wheels/tires and put her back on the ground, everything will seat back up? I can't find any info about this, so that's why I'm asking yall? Thanks! Jason
