  6. First off, you made sure the timing was done correctly with the lowest sprocket aligned with the notch on the oil pump? If so, move on to checking the CAS (Crank Angle Sensor). The 10mm bolt should be in the middle. Also, check your routing to your coilpack to make sure you didn't swap coilpack connectors by accident. It happens, trust me. Got fuel pressure? Also, I would do a simple ECU diagnostic as well when you get the chance to get it up and running.
  7. Check for boost leaks, simple leak down test should work fine. Check timing of course. Run the ECU diagnostic while you are at it for peace of mind. Also, how do your plugs look? Black and wet with fuel carbon buildup, white, etc? Also which fuel pump are you running, the stock NA pump or a TT pump. Note that the stock NA pump is rated to roughly 300hp or so. The stock TT pump is "supposed" to be able to handle 500hp+. Also, you can consider the Warlboro 255LPH as a cheaper option.
  8. If you are blowing PTU's like you said, then something is crossed where wires are connecting with each other. It takes a lot to kill a PTU, something has to be crossed either in the subharness (the small harness that attaches to ptu from sub harness connectors). Seen a lot of folks hardwire in the PTU connections and screw that up. That may just be your problem if it is your "PTU". Now there is also a fusible link relay if that is what you mean. It's in the small fuse box next to the battery. It is the largest one that is closest to the side rail.
  9. I am not really a tall guy at 5ft 10in but my torso is a little long and I come close the roof line. I was thinking of two things to do. You can either alter the seat springs to allow you to sit lower, an old hot rod trick. The other is to actually trim the foam. Both can be done at the same time through any local upholsterer for cheap. The other is to pick out a cust seat with rails. Note that all the "el cheapo" ebay seats come with weak universal rails that you have to really chop up or make custom hinges to make work.
  10. All Z32 come with a viscous LSD. Note that gearing for NA's is quicker than the TT gearing. That is really the only difference between the two other than 6-8 bolt mounting to yoke of driveshaft.
