From reading on this forum I have found that the z slave doesn't have enough throw to disengage the clutch properly. A common affordable way is to get a camaro master and slave and add clearance to firewall and trans tunnel. I'm going to be using a 350 and a t10 and that's my plan based off my research. It seems pretty straight forward. You could also go with the internal slave I beleive but that's a little pricy and a pain to bleed.
