Non Turbo RB25 motor sets are harder to find then i would have thought.

Good info... CX seems to cheaply made.. but i did it all myself with a plasma cutter last time so just having a choice this time around is a blessing

High all! havent been on this wonderful site in years (fell to the darkside Z32TT... again) about 10years ago i built a 76 280z with a RB20DET and loved it but was forced to sell. Looking to get back on the horse with my new 72 project and want to go RB25DE with itb's! so ive been looking around and it seems to be harder to find a DE then a DET. Also i cant seem to find a non-ebay source for a DE. What im looking for are a few links to make it a little easy'r to get started. I've found the wonderful site that is Mckinney Motorsports and the less wonderful but cheaper CXracing. It will be nice to not have to fab all the parts myself this go around. What is the Hybridz feelings about those 2? well thanks for the info and im sure i will be spending a lot more time here now. Im going to put some pics of my old ratrod Green RB20DET 280z and what will be the new beauty Blue RB25DE 240z!

Need to start getting the parts for my L28et swap. Would love to find a cheap doner car or a setup some one is selling as a whole. Drop me a line and tell me what you got. Need all parts at this time. No auto tranny's please Willing to travel anywhere in washington and northern oregon.

Hello all again. I havent been here in years (since i sold my RB20det 280z) and i was looking to build another RBZ. I got my last front cut from venus auto and was happy with it but was wondering if there are any other good motor set importers? I would love to just pick one up local (i live in washington state) but dont know of any importers. As always thanks for the info. Ken
