  1. We haven't had any problems with it so far, I think the flow through fuel bowl helps quite a bit.
  2. Great question! The biggest difference is the enclosed enrichment valve which helps tremendously in a cold start scenario. New materials allow for ethanol mixed gasoline without the worry of wearing out the carb prematurely. They're configured with a flow through fuel bowl, it's also much cleaner looking installed. 50 years of improved manufacturing materials and processes go in to making these babies, compared to the originals. Tons of needles and seats available off the shelf from SU to accommodate any project. We should have dyno numbers soon that compare the original hs6 carbs to ours. Here's an installation we did for a customer, it's a super-clean 260Z. In the picture, the choke cables and air cleaner are not installed.
  3. I'd love to answer some questions from members about these carbs, what do you got? Also, picking up the air cleaner adapter plates from the machine shop today. Exciting! I'll post some pics a little later on! EDIT: Here's some pics of the prototype adapters fresh from the machine shop. Please excuse the rusty air cleaner
  4. New SU carburetors made in the U.K. specifically for Z's! The set comes with street-able needles installed. Easy to set up and tune! Check out our store! www.roundtopsfuelsystems.com Factory air cleaner adapters under development, we should have some for sale soon!
