[Will a 370z Transmission Fit in a 260z tunnel?]

I have a 1974 Datsun 260z with a 2002 Camaro SS Ls1 Engine in it. I've been searching for a used T-56 and I stumbled upon an ad. The guy has a Collins adapter on his 370z 6 speed transmission with a T-56 bellhousing. It appears this will bolt up to my Ls1 but I'm not sure if it will fit in the transmission tunnel of my Datsun or if the shifter will be in or near the correct spot. Does anyone have any knowledge on this? Thanks!

I'm currently looking at doing this brake swap for my S30 and I clicked on the link but it was dead! Do you happen to have this info still? I would love to have access to this info as I'm looking at doing a Toyota brake swap into the 260z and you seem to have all the info compiled into one spot which is hard to find
