Is my static 0 at mircotech . And my timing lock at the pully 20 degree ...

Mean the mircotech efi lock timing is off the distributor set to 20 degree at the mircotech static set to 20....?

I have rb26 install mircotech efi ....The timing lock off and the timing light at the crank pully is 0 tdc.... my static at mircotech 10 , my idle timing is 18..so my timing rb26 is 18 degree...i so confuse about my timing need help please?
