Couldn’t get a strap in there but I gave in and did the pipe wrench after heat. Came off and it is threaded. Thanks for everyone’s input. Maybe this will help someone down the road.

Tried that. Nothing to grip onto as the elite outside is smooth.

These are the front brakes with the 5 lug conversion and vented rotors. Question on how to get the cap off to tighten the hubs? I feel like I’ve tried everything to separate or removed about all bolts. These were done from a prior owner and discontinued. Can’t find anything about these when searching either. Wondering if someone has this setup. Don’t have any image hosting to post a pic. Any help will be great.
