Does the Datsun 280z or 280zx have a obd reader and if not, is there a way to instal one? I’d like to get real time engine and boost data.

I'm looking for a widebogy lit under 1k for a 280z/280zx. I'm buying one soon and I'm trying to get a few options. I'm not looking for anything over the top but something with an interesting grille and fender flares,, side skirts would be great but I don't need them.
