What did the stock 280zx turbo's come with? external or internal wastegate?

Here are some pics to a vacuum hose that is plugged with a screw. I just wanted to know what it is for and why the PO would plug it. Thanks in advance!

Can someone with a blow off valve (without an intercooler) please take a picture of their engine bay? I was going to install my HKS SSQV and I wanted to see where the best (hood clearance; close to throttle) place to have my blow off valve. I just wanted to see how you guys got it to fit or maybe had to move some things around. Thanks in advance!
