Hey Z31 owners. Outlaw engineering make pretty descent gaskets that increase hp output. I personally bought these kit for under 100 bucks for my ford probe gt. The difference is noticeable your engine runs much cooler I went to their site and our z31 are not on their list. So I email them a request to consider making vg30e and vg30et thermoblock spacers. Here what they said. Thank you for your interest in ThermoBlok Spacer Kits. We have been developing ThermoBlok insulators for many new applications, but these Nissan engines are not currently on the list. Our prototyping work order is organized by demand and to date, there hasn't been much interest in insulators for these yet. Hello everyone, liking the new website. I just pulled out an 87 turbo manual off the local pick and pull, someone already had took out the ecu. Will be dropping it into my 85 n/a. Have an engine test stand ready to be fired up. My question is I was looking around on ebay for an ecu and people selling there swear that the serial number must match or else it will not work. Is this true? I know for my ford early 95 ecu's use a aluminum while late 95 use copper base connections outputting from the module. Thanks Again
