Yea not all Sr swaps in early Z's are the same. Just ask Adrian from Vildinimotorsport about the swap into my RHD 240z, He had a bit of fun with that one. But all in all damn good job. Well it be awsome to have stuff custom made for us Sr Z's out there. It would make it alot easier rather than trying to piece stuff up together.

you can use 89-94 240sx rear actuators(calipers). i have that setup on my 240z and it truely bolts right up

has anybody rewired their Z? i got ahold of a right hand drive fairlady Z dash and was able to install it but had to use my original wiring harness. it works but it's all twisted and extended over to the other side. i just want to rewire the whole thing with a new harness. so has anybody used a "painless wiring kit", "it's a snap" or any other kit i'm not aware of? does anybody have any recommendations before i start ripping wires out. I plan on doing my dash and the whole car eventually.

hey guys, need you again. i have a 72' 240z and an sr20det that i want to drop in. is there a swap kit designed for my needs? i've searched and can't find anything. i have the engine and tranny package and it would look so sweet in the engine bay. thanks for the help.. D

thanks man, yea i was thinking in making my Z a right hand drive but only if the dash would be interchangable. well you answered my questiong and saved me some trouble. thanks again,D

Will the parts from a 77' Z fit my 72' ? i'm talking about dash,steering column,other interior parts? i came across a 77'Z parts car for a reasonable price and don't want to screw up not be able to use it..can somebody spare me some knowledge? thanks,D

naw these guys can't help me out damn i'm to Iraq this Feb and i need to get this done before i leave or atleast i want to....there has to be someone out there that can help me out....

any body know of a place where i can get my LS1 installed in southern cali? i've been searching around but know luck on my side. i pretty much have everything for the swap. i just need someone that has done this particular swap to help me out. i want to get it done right the first time around.. i'd appreciate some help guys... thanks,D

hey guys i have a 90' 300zx and my buddy put a new battery in it and says he hooked it up to the correct terminals but said it smoked. we just went and bought a new battery and i hooked it up and the only thing that works is my headlights. i have no power anywhere else in the car, no display, no ding ding when the door is open, no dome light just the headlights. we checked the fuses and they are all good. any clue what blew??? i'd appreciate some help any electricians out there?? thanks,D

just curious on the pros and cons on the independent and solid axle rear suspention for a v8 swap..

Hey whats going on guys. thanks for the support and info. i'm in San Diego, CA and like i said i've been reading and reading but don't really want to deal with dropping this beast engine myself. i don't really have the resouces at home and don't really have time to spare, well for one being in the military and all i get held up alot if not deployed somewhere. well do guys know of any shops in southern cali that deal with engine swaps? especially knowledge on the LS1 engine swap? i really want to get this done in the next couple months..my car is already registered so that REF can kiss my @$$...

98' LS1 into a 72' 240. just got my engine but how am i going to feed it? i was thinking of going with a fuel cell for a clean installation, but what about the fuel pump and also what sending unit would i need, fuel lines??"Phantom" need your help...
