  1. If you want it and can afford it...go 4 it!!!!!! As long as they can flow enough air then it will be up to you to make it work. Will be pretty cool and very different!
  2. for lots of good ideas on this topic......
  3. Signed and numbered! Thank you sir!!! And again...Congratualtions.
  4. Ok ...I got through it!..the problem is that you need to fill out region BEFORE country. You need to fix it!!!! Send that novel...cant wait! Cheers Jerry
  5. Thank you ...Im not alone! Saying that Im learning FI with my Power FC...different worls all together.
  6. Im trying but it will not let me enter Ontario into he region field. It only containes States...no provines. And yes I selected ship to Canada option. Jerry
  7. So cool! Canadiana at its prime! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!! So how do the hybridz members get a signed copy?
  8. Yes that is the basic procedure! The jets and the emulsion tube should be "optimized" to a generric 240Z...... but to get the most of your carbs you should have extra jets. It takes a bit of playing but when you get it right ...YOU WILL KNOW IT! It tool me hours of jet changing and adjustments...but then Im a bit anal.... patience is the most imortant thing. I ran run after run into many late nights to get it right. Hell in the end I ran 40s with 32mm chokes with instant throttle reponse right up to 7000 rpm.
  9. Lakers will go all the way next year!
  10. I believe you have done the right thing ordering the 40s....while the 45 will work, the 40s will work better. BUT...get a cam and exhaust to optimize the setup. Honestly, running 45 on a stock to mild engine is way overkill. My 3.1 L ran 40s and was quicker than most that ran 45s.
  11. Considering how close it is in actual size....a body kit is in order!
  12. Who care...I have yellow markers all around on mine!
  13. 40s may be better but that depend on what you have done to the engine..cam and etc. I would rather undersize than oversize....its keeps air velocity up and the engine running well. What chokes are you running? If you have 45s on a stock like engine.....it may be a tough tune! unless you are running high race revs 40s should be all you need. One thing about webers....small changes are better than big....MIkunis are a lot more forgiving! cygnusx1 has a lot of good advice...that book is tops!
  14. I tried to create a clean minimal look through colour. Everything is close to the same silver....even the silicon hoses. It came out OK but not nearly as clean as some of the cars below.....I wonder how they manage to run...LOL....well done!
  15. The Celts have a better team....LA has better players. Odd isnt it!
  16. The stock emblem has pins with small locking sleeves. You push both into the holes and they snap in tight.
  17. I would love one for my RB20...I would have to change a few things but I sure do like the way it looks. How do you ensure a secure fit between the CF and AL?? What do you do to ensure it stays sealed. Nice work!.....how much do you estimate it will cost?
  18. He wasnt too thrilled with selling me the black ones for 300....the drivers seat is even electric. But he was cool about it. Brand new OEM quality....what a deal.
  19. So I picked up my seats today. Fantastic! I currently have infinity seats in my Z that look great but are a bit wide...designed for bigger tushes These should fit perfectly and IMO look somewhat like the original seats. As for the GXP logo....its not so bad but will have to get tuned down. The real neat thing about these is they have a pocket right up front right under the legs...great idea!! Thank you dat240G Sorry deja!
  20. LOL..something other than a Z....I dont understand! But yup ...like the 350 but a vintage style Z....either that or didnt datsun have a flying bunny way back.
  21. Im afraid I dont like it. Nice work but not right on the Z. How about a larger traditional Z on top of the ring....?
  22. A chance to hang drywall with my Dad and my two sons. It was all good!!
  23. I remove it myself ..and put it back. I support the tank with my knees while laying on my back....it a bit tricky but do-able. Just make sure its empty.....lol
  24. Hi Logan Hope you dont mind my comments. Ive been doing stuff to make extra money all my life ...lost some and won some....and just want to share my thoughts. To make this worth your while pick something that has the greatest mass consumer appeal. Stay away from customer one offs...expensive and limited opportunity. Start with a simpler item and work up to more complicated designs. A dash would be fanstastic but for the effort and final cost structure may have a very limited market. Pick something that nobody else makes...bumpers and tail light panels (have them) are old news. Make it very well to discourage others from copying. Make it affordable but make sure you make money...otherwise you will be discouraged and give up. Decide what to make and move ahead quickly. Part-time long term efforts dont cut it as you will lose credibilty and customer interest. Make a short list from the feedback here, survey the list for interest and select a product to offer. Make my interior panels... DONT TEASE US.....PER SERIOUS!!!! Cheers Jerry
