I'm planning to swap in a Chevy 350 into my "blown head gasket" '91 Z. I stopped by my favorite, sharp, Texas inspection station guy's place to discuss standards for emissions that I would have to consider for the swap. He told me that the swap would NEVER pass the emissions test, at least with regard to Texas laws. Does anybody have any experience or data related to this potential problem? Thanks, guys..
