jonzzer
Okay I've been having a weird problem lately. I was going 75 then let it coast on the freeway then my car died. i turned it back on and it sputtered a little then was fine. It seems to mainly happen when i rev it hard and let off the gas. I dont have a bov or any of the idle equipment hooked up, its pretty much stock. I thought it might be vapor lock, but it'll restart relatively easily.. Any Ideas? getoffmyinternet
Sounds like its the "or any of the idle equipment hooked up" part.
DuoWing
If you haven't done so you may want to adjust the throttle stop screw so your throttle plate will be open a little more. I found that when I removed all the idle/vacuum/emissions equipment from my L28ET it was idling really low, barely over 500 RPM. I adjusted the throttle stop screw to open the throttle body up a little more and brought the idle up to about normal and my car did a lot better.
