T-Roy Posted October 15, 2011 Share Posted October 15, 2011 When you pull the hood release in your car, this would be the shark fin looking piece that is on the hood directly (on the underside, close to the windshield) and would then be released allowing the hood to come up. This shark fin looking piece is spring loaded. The spring is missing or not working in mine and need to be replaced.
