Nhuwar
I just got my megasquirt 3 loaded with firmware and talking to my laptop. I notice it says in the start guide to use an existing msq file and not to make your own. So the question I have is where did most of ya'll come up with your? Thanks, Nick
BLOZ UP
It mainly means that you should not create a MSQ on the laptop, disconnected from the ECU, then plug it in and try to burn everything at once. You can work off the base tune on the ECU itself, that is there when the ECU's firmware is first flashed from B&G. It's just so you can avoid having one obscure setting within some obscure menu asploding your megasquirt. Nhuwar
Oh, ok. I was thinking that they wanted you to get a msq from someone with a similar setup. Thanks
