So i got squatted on today in the turning lane while driving my 260..I wasn't going fast but it got my Left headlight bucket, and pushed my hood up a half inch into the cowl. The hood is toast and the cowl has a slight ripple in it, which i can live with for now.

Id love to use this opportunity to swap out for carbon fiber but i am broke from Christmas, so here i am looking for a straight S30 hood and headlight bucket that is close to Savannah,Georgia .

i have a ton of items that i can trade for these parts, (r200 3:54 with axles and comp. flanges)

some of this stuff is still available.. http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php/topic/102832-s30-stuff-for-sale/

here are some photos of the damage just for fun

I dont know what you mean by close, but Im in Georgia, east side of atlanta. I have hoods slicks and a vented, hinges, headlight surrounds, cowls. What condition can you afford? I dont sell my stuff usually. Ive repaired parts that looked worse than that hood. Forget about calling nissan. I bought the last non vented s30 hood in america they had a while back. Something similar happened to me. So I feel your pain. But mine was worse. I had to set up and pull the unibody back into shape. Hey, is that an original 260z passenger seat?

You had to pick the nicest damn hood I have. It hurts to think about selling it. Dig around untill you see a vented hood, Its coated with a white tinted ppg epoxy sealer- www.flicker.com/photos/herozs130

I have been looking for one for awhile. I have had a wtb thread looking for one for awhile and only one person responded then never heard anything back when I requested pictures. On top of that everyone has been out of state and shipping would be a ton.

Reno is a little far, thanks anyways!

Heroez- I have family in acworth, so I could arrange a pickup if you want to work something. I have 3 original seats. One of the drivers seats has a few tears from a button on my jeans

Tybee260z- You have a lot of parts. I have a 260z as well. It always wants something. You know how ladies are. The hoods I do have, are used hoods that I intended to refurbish. They all have surface rust here and there, no major dents, baked paint. It takes some work before it would be painted and bolted on.

I have found a few actually. The sellers though are out of state and do not want to ship, so nothing I can do about that.

I also just sent you another PM. Give me a call and lets deal... :-)

That sounds about right. What kind of discount does he get, say... If I hooked you up with a used vented hood? You can even snap the studs off the vents yourself. Baked paint, surface rust, but no major dents?

He would get everything he needs (s30 hood, 2xR 2xL headlight buckets and two good engine cowl panels) for free.....
