Also i bought two sets of self align rockers 1.5 and 1.6 , Does it makes any difference if i use the 1.6 with new valve springs?

as always you need to verify clearances, and valve train geometry, not just assemble parts

youll generally find that 1.6:1 ratio rockers provide more power on the intakes that on the exhaust but you can of course use them on both. stock vortec heads usually limit lift to about .480, so check don,t guess at your engines clearances and valve train geometry

read the linked info it will help a good deal

Thanks grumpy! im going to read all the links, a shop is going to do the build , and he knows a lot about this, so i should keep the 1.6 and buy the stuff needed to do this? it makes a significant difference in the power of the engine?

1.6's are the "easy fix" for a cam with low lift. They especially make a difference on a stock cams.

Otherwise, if the cam already is ground with a lot of lift, then adding 1.6's can lead to problems.

More lift is not always a good thing as it can wear out springs and cam lobes much faster.
