Hello everyone I woke up this morning and to my suprise I saw my donor car in my drive way, how cool is that? anyways, I have a couple of questions, 1 my motor has the serpentine belt set up on it how do i get rid of the smog pump and the power steering pump? what are you using for motor mounts? whar about trans mounts? what about drive shaft angles? What year z came with the r-200 3:70 rear end? I found a turboz with the r-200354 rear w/the c/v joint half shaft driveshaft is there also. do the turboz t-5 and the mustang t-5 have the same out put shafts if so couldnt you just use that driveshaft in the 5.0 conversion. What about the crossmember are they the same(by the way im putting this motor into a 75'z and the turboz im speeking of is a 83')any ways the 83 crossmember is that the same as the 75' crossmember? If it is wouldnt that take care of the drive shaft angles, vibrations and all that fun stuff. im sure ill have a bunch more questions but i dont want to piss you guys off thank you for your time!!!!

1) read all the posts on the install

2) there are 2 with documentation on line

ALSIL and myself.

Dan and Firebern both have contributed greatly to my conversion.

Fire found a 89 (late) crown vic pump will work and eliminate both the smog and PS pump. you drill the pulley but thats it.

mounts and tranny mount and steering youwill have to make yourself. i'm a long way from duplicating my mounts currently but maybe by february or so will have some as i have a conversion here to do for someone else....
