matt_w
Looking good! I have a normal-mount alternator with an electric fan. How well is your pulley system aligned? It seems to me that the crank pulley is about <1/4" out of alignment from the water and alternator. I couldn't ever find the proper shims to fix it, but since the crank is fairly far away, I thought it would be ok. I had the stock chevy system and it was out of alignment, this set is perfect and very quiet. The water pump and pulleys came from skip white performance, Aluminum polished high po water pump $89 and the pulleys about $30 each plus they sell HEI dist. High output units complete with cap and coil for $39 ! The mid mount bracket for the alternator came from billet industries they where the only one i can find that make the mid mount passenger side.
