Mikuni hsr vs. z therapy vs. fuel injection

So my Hitachi's are no good , I have a set of four screw carbs and thinking about having Z therapy redo them but I am also looking at the 4 carb Mikuni HSR kit fromhttp://www.v-performance.com/products/air_fuel.html#mikuni_hsr_series_carbs they cost 2295, I have also looked at Extruda body and Patton for fuel injection These all look like good options I am more comfortable with carbs than computer tuning so that is a factor in my head making me lean towards the HSR's but I came up with a rough estimate of 1500 to do fuel injection. My priorities are mileage and power in a happy medium area I know this has been discussed on the forum and the consensus is the fuel injection is the best route, but I have found very little info on the HSR's and what I am reading on the website for them leads me to believe they are on par or very close to fuel injection qualities. Is this right or have these carbs been passed by as a general due to not being much better than proper round tops.
